Ground: clay and yellow sands (tufa).
Plant system: guyot and spur cord
Wine making system: fermentation in iron steel tanks
Tasting notes: Wine is yellow gold, with intense aromas of fresh fruit, with hints of apple and peach, round and velvety taste.
Associations: is pleasant to drink alone, ideally in the company of risotto, mixed salads, fruit salads, fresh cheeses
