The Novello is the wine extracted from the first vintage of sangiovese grape. The fermentation takes palce in still barrels with the method of carbonic fermentation, which is suitable to keep the characteristics of a fresh and fruity wine with a taste of must.
Associations:
ideal with chestnats, pleasant with fresh cheese, soups and legumes.
