Ground: clay and yellow sands (tufa).
Plant system: guyot and spur cord
Plant density: 3300-5000 vine-stocks per hectare
Vendemmia: manual harvesting and the best selection. The grapes is dreined for 4/5 months after pressing is aged for 6 years in small barriques
Tasting notes: Wine is yellow gold tending to ambra color, with intense aromas of dried fruit, sweet taste and velvety round.
Combination: It is pleasant to drink alone, in the company of ideal dry pastry made with almonds as cantucci, Ricciarelli, macaroons. Excellent with cheese perhaps accompanied by jam or honey, straordinary with rockfort
